Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing for Roles Across Junior, Mid and Leadership.
- Hunting Passive Candidates.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Pitching the Brand's EVP to potential Candidates
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Ability to chase hiring targets and drive closures within TATs
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA with 4-7 Years of Experience with a Product based Organization
- Good exposure of managing the TA Funnel and Campus Hiring
- Good Knowhow of Ms Excel basics
- Good and Fluent Communication Skills
