Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and create a recruitment strategy.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online recruiting platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, including detailed candidate profiles.
- Negotiate and extend offers to top candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing qualified Salesforce professionals.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
- 5. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core products and certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing mid- to senior-level candidates.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience with a variety of online recruiting tools.
- Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
