User Management: Knowledge on Administering user accounts, roles, and permissions to specific functionalities within the Epic system.
System Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the performance and health of the Epic system to ensure optimal operation and quick resolution of any issues.
Data Security: Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
EPIC System Updates: Experience with applying updates and patches to the Epic system to keep it current with the latest features and security enhancements.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the Epic system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
