Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Citrix Leads to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design, implementation, and support of Citrix virtualization solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops solutions, including PVS, MCS, and Provisioning Services.

- Deep expertise in VMware App Volumes and App Layering, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Integrate Citrix technologies with other enterprise systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and storage.

- Plan and execute Citrix upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex Citrix-related issues.

- Monitor Citrix environments proactively and respond to alerts effectively.

- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching, upgrades, and system health checks.

- Ensure high availability and performance of Citrix environments.

- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Plan and implement capacity upgrades to meet future demands.

- Optimize Citrix environments for performance, scalability, and resource utilization.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on Citrix technologies.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation.

- Participate in on-call rotations for critical support.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Citrix environments, including design documents, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills:

- Deep understanding of PVS, MCS, Provisioning Services, and other Citrix technologies.

- Mandatory expertise in design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex Citrix issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams.

Desired Skills :

- Citrix Certifications : Relevant Citrix certifications (e.g, CCP-V, CCP-V).

- Cloud Experience : Experience with cloud-based Citrix solutions (e.g, Citrix Cloud).

- Experience with other virtualization technologies : Experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
