Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
- Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution. While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
- Attend meetings with potential Clients and Channel Partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. He/ she must be able to articulate the company's capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
- Experience in working with key stakeholders in the Company to progress an opportunity. This includes close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery.
- To build productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by clients.
- Should be able to create proposals that articulate Tagit's value proposition, solution to the requirements from the client and our approach to delivering the solution.
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
- Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales situation.
- The ability to create Solution documentation alongside of a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.
Desired Experience:
- Candidate should have experience in using digital technologies to solve business problems.
- Deeper understanding of digital trends in the market.
- Banking Domain Products & Solutions Expertise added advantage.
- Technical domain knowledge of digital technologies.
- Possess experience of coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders.
- Expertise in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, pre-sales business documents.
- 7-10+ Years of proven and strong experience in above mentioned skills and requirements.
- Masters/bachelors in management or relevant field.
