About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Designing & Proposal Development:

- Understand client requirements for IT infrastructure solutions, including networking, servers, storage, cloud, and security.

- Design and develop technical solutions and proposals that align with the client's business needs.

- Create detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), technical architecture, and cost estimates.

Technical Consultation:

- Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, providing expertise on infrastructure solutions.

- Conduct technical discussions and presentations with customers to clarify requirements and align solutions.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand client objectives and provide technical input for winning proposals.

- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with tailored technical responses.

- Demonstrations and POCs (Proof of Concept):

- Arrange and deliver product demonstrations and POCs to showcase the solution's capabilities.

- Highlight the value proposition and competitive advantages of the proposed infrastructure solutions.

Market and Technology Awareness:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, virtualization, and hyper-converged infrastructure.

- Evaluate competitive solutions and position offerings effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction with the proposed solutions.

- Address any technical queries during the pre-sales and transition phases.

Internal Coordination:

- Collaborate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and other partners to understand the best-fit products for the solutions.

- Work with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's /MBA in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

- Relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS Solutions Architect, or VMware are a plus.

Experience:

- 3-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure presales or a similar role in system integration.

Technical Skills:

- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud.

- Familiarity with OEM solutions (Cisco, HP, Dell, VMware, Microsoft, etc.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
