Education - CA

Financial Strategy:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and industry trends.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to guide business decisions.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Present financial performance to the board, executive team, and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal controls and compliance measures.

- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, business and industry regulations that could impact the company's financial stability.

Capital Management:

- Manage the company's capital structure, debt, and equity financing activities.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.

Treasury and Cash Management:

- Optimize cash flow and liquidity management to support daily operations and growth initiatives.

- Monitor working capital and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Financial Control:

- Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

- Manage the financial audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Business Control:

- Implement and manage business control processes to optimize operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with department heads to monitor and analyse key business metrics.

- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in business processes.

Financial Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) / IPO:

- Participate in due diligence and financial analysis for potential acquisitions or mergers.

- Lead integration efforts to ensure a smooth transition post-acquisition.
