Chief Financial Officer - FMCG (18-25 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Kishley's goals.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Lead fundraising efforts, including IPO preparation.

- Collaborate with senior management to support decision-making.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Certified Accountant (CCA) with a minimum of 18 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Proven track record in managing IPO processes and fundraising activities.

- Strong background in the FMCG sector, understanding the unique financial dynamics of this industry.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- The maximum budget for this role is 75 LPA.
