- Patent analysis report.
- Thoroughly studying patents and preparing Landscapes and clearance reports.
- Infringement analysis.
- Infringement analysis of APIs and establishing Freedom to Operate for APIs.
- Patent application drafting.
- Patent evaluation of drug product.
- Preparation of FTF strategies.
- Patent literature search using database such as Scifinder, Micropat, Newport, IMS, Ark Patent, paragraph four and free website.
