Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Configuration of Pre-Sales, Sales, Service, Warranty & Spares Modules
- Sales process & O2C (Order To Cash).
- Designing, Defining and assigning organization structure in Customization
- Identify and carry out gap analysis on the variance between the application defined process and the real world business process.
- Prepare FRD to communicate the client requirements to the development team.
Preferred candidate profile
- B. Tech/BE/MCA with 6 - 8 yrs of Techno Functional Consultant Experience in CRM DMS.
- Work Experience in Automotive domain would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge in SAP Interfaces related to O2C & SAP SD
- Willingness to travel across India

- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Should have a Business Analysis knowledge
- Good knowledge on DMS Integration with TALLY or any billing software, handing Change Management & Incident Management
