SAP Functional Consultant - CRM Module (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting our SAP CRM system, ensuring its optimal functionality, and assisting with configuration, customization, and ongoing support.

The consultant will work approximately 40 hours per month and will be required to assist with a range of tasks related to SAP CRM implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Configuration & Customization :

- Configure and customize SAP CRM to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.

Requirement Gathering :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document CRM requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support for the SAP CRM system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure it is aligned with business needs.

Testing & Documentation :

- Participate in testing activities, document changes, and prepare user manuals or training materials as needed.

Integration Support :

- Assist with integration between SAP CRM and other SAP modules (e., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) or third-party systems.

User Training & Support :

- Provide training to users on SAP CRM functionalities and best practices.

Change Management :

- Help manage change requests, ensuring smooth updates and system enhancements.

Reports & Dashboards :

- Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics within SAP CRM to improve decision-making processes.

Skills and Experience Required :

SAP CRM Expertise :

- Proven experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant with a deep understanding of the system's modules, features, and capabilities.

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.)

Business Analysis :

- Ability to analyze and document business processes, translate them into functional requirements, and implement solutions.

Problem Solving :

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving CRM-related issues effectively.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Documentation :

- Proficient in creating detailed documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Prior Experience :

- Previous experience working in SAP CRM projects, either as a consultant or in a functional role, is highly preferred.

Project Management :

- Basic understanding of project management methodologies to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Desired Qualifications :

Certifications :

- SAP CRM or related SAP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Industry Experience :

- Experience in [Industry - e., retail, manufacturing, telecommunications] is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
