Job Summary :

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Oracle EBS Consultant with 6+ years of experience specializing in Revenue Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable (AR).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configurations, technical enhancements, and business process optimizations within the Oracle Receivables (AR), Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), and Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules.

This role requires a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, APIs, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and configure Oracle EBS modules for Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.

- Implement and support Oracle Receivables (AR), Advanced Collections, Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

- Define revenue recognition rules based on ASC 606, IFRS 15, and industry-specific policies.

- Configure and troubleshoot billing cycles, invoicing, dunning, adjustments, credit memos, and collections.

- Work closely with finance teams to ensure revenue transactions align with accounting policies.

- Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for customizations and integrations.

- Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and user training.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Develop SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers to support custom business requirements.

- Customize Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher templates.

- Design and implement Oracle APIs, Interfaces, and Open Interfaces for seamless integration with Billing, Revenue Management, and AR.

- Develop and maintain Concurrent Programs, Shell Scripts, and custom extensions using Oracle RICEW components.

- Support Oracle EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and data migrations related to revenue and billing.

- Automate financial workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder and Approval Management Engine (AME).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Receivables (AR), Advanced Collections, Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

- Experience with Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Integration tools.

- Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Cycle Management.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials and Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) is a plus.

- Experience working with Oracle R12, patches, and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOA Suite is an advantage.
