Sr. QA Engineer

Seeking Sr. QA Engineer with strong programming skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in Manual Testing.

What you ll do:

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Working with database testing and ETL
• Test current products and identify deficiencies
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
• Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Collect quality data perform regression testing
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Your qualifications

Bachelors (B.E/B.Tech)/Masters (MCA) in Computer Science or relevant field

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• 5 plus years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation and testing.
• Perform thorough testing of backend systems, including database validation, API testing, and data integrity checks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security ^ automation testing is a plus
