Seeking Sr. QA Engineer with strong programming skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in Manual Testing.

What You ll Do:

- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for web, mobile, and API testing.

- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for complex projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and drive best practices.

- Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.

- Mentor junior QA team members.

- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to the team.

- Work closely with DevOps to optimize test environments and data management.

Skill Sets/Experience We Require:

- 4-6 years of experience in manual for web and mobile applications.

- Strong experience in API testing using Postman.

- Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking.

- Ability to lead testing efforts, define best practices, and drive quality initiatives.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

- Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior testers and collaborate with stakeholders.
