Technical Architect

We are seeking for an ambitious and self-driven Software Architect to join our team. As an architect, you will be responsible for making design choices, coordinate oversee technical standards including software coding standard, tools and platforms.. The ideal candidate should be strong in model training and deep learning. A deep knowledge of modern software development practices and the ability to lead and mentor a development team is good to have.

What you ll do

Architecture Design and Strategy:

• Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance architecture for web applications.
• Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate and promote new technologies and development stacks to ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends.
• Understand system and infrastructure requirements, including databases, caching, and deployment.

Design Patterns and Best Practices:

• Apply and promote the use of design patterns and best practices in software development.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
• Continuously assess and improve architectural processes and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Full-Stack Development Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Should be hands on. Should not be shy to get on to program to exhibit.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams across various technology stacks (Core Java/.Net/ Node.JS).

Roadmap and Product Vision:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and business goals.
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap aligning with the product vision.
• Ensure the architecture supports future growth and scalability needs.

Cross-Platform Expertise:

• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
• Be platform-agnostic, capable of working on applications built in various technologies .
• Adapt and integrate solutions across different platforms as needed.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions to upskill the team.

Your qualifications

Technical:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in back-end (e.g., .Net / Core Java/Node.JS) technologies and front end (Angular/React/Vue)
• In-depth knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached), messaging brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and infrastructure requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of key components of a Microservice Architecture, e.g. API Gateway, Service Registry etc
• Extensive experience with design patterns, software architecture principles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to different technology stacks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
