Job Description:

• Proficient in Revit 3D BIM modelling with BIM360 / ACC experienced MEP modeler.
• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection service support structure Modelling.
• Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
• Detailed modelling for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation and Detailing, Quantity schedules, Templates, Title sheet setting etc.

Position: Scan to BIM Modeler

Education : B.E / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)

Years of Experience: 3+

Positions : 10

Job Description:

• Hands on experience in Scan to BIM modeling by using Recap & Edgewise.
• Hands on experience to setup MEPF/ architecture/structure/ projects for Scan to BIM conversion.
• Proficient in Revit 3D BIM modeling
• Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
• Detailed modelling for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.
• Conversion of Point cloud scan data to Revit models & other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.
