Designation :- MEPF Revit Modeler

Grade :- Assistant Manager/ Dy Manager

Department :- Engineering & Design

Location :- Thane

Areas of responsibilities:

• BIM execution plan development and implementation
• Preparation of BIM Clash report
• BIM Project setup with all the standards as per the BIM standard required for the projects
• Preparing 3D Modeling with technical specification shop drawings
• Virtually Construct /Pre Construct projects using BIM software.
• Oversee BIM Implementation, ensuring compliance as per client requirements according to BIM deliverable's.
• Coordinate Technical discipline such as Architectural, Structural, MEP and Civil to deliver coordinated BIM Output models.
• Daily Progress report for the projects.
• Resolving Technical Queries.

Competencies :

• Able to use Revit to model for various projects
• Indepth understanding upto LOD 500
• Coordination with Stakeholders

Education :

• Degree/ Diploma Electrical / Mechanical

Experience :

• 5 yrs experience in BIM MEPF Modeling
