About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team in Bangalore or Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively identify, attract, and assess top talent across various technology domains, including Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, ERP/SAP, Agile, and Digitization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding role requirements and providing top-tier candidate shortlists.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market mapping, identify key talent pools, and leverage industry insights to drive recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality hiring experience.
- Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization: Implement best practices, track key metrics, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
- Employer Branding: Effectively articulate the employer value proposition to attract top talent.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in professional services or a high-growth startup environment.
- At least 5+ years of structured candidate recruiting experience in technology hiring.
- Strong understanding of Product, Growth, Engineering, Design, and Venture Architecture roles.
- Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines to drive hiring efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, strategic, and quality-driven mindset.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Bachelor's degree required; Regular MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
