Urgent requirement for Business Analyst for Bangalore and Chennai Location.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Design and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and standards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to stakeholders on new tools and processes.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
Key stakeholders:
Finance, Fin Ops and Treasury Management Teams.
Process Owners for Finance & Treasury Processes.
Head, Data Solutions, Finance & Treasury.
Business COO's & Business Leaders (Data providers and data consumers).
Technology Teams - Upstream & Downstream Applications.
Risk, Audit and Compliance (Risk also as partners in data sourcing / DQ / BCBS 239 etc)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Experience in banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP or PMI-PBA).
Prior experience in process re-engineering and change management.
Experience with financial modeling and risk assessment in banking.
