Primary Role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Operation & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives. This would include Meet and exceed sales goals by growing revenues from existing and new accounts.
Developing a strong team of project Sales Officers and campaign officers with coaching and training team members.
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs with Making Business plans and strategies
Resolving customer service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services with outlining pricing information and terms of sales
Closely monitor and watch Project sales officers while with campaign officers at any event. Assign tasks through project sales officers/ Campaign officers and get feedback reports in a defined manner
