Job Description
- Primary Role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Operation & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives. This would include Meet and exceed sales goals by growing revenues from existing and new accounts.
- Developing a strong team of project Sales Officers and campaign officers with coaching and training team members.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs with Making Business plans and strategies
- Resolving customer service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services with outlining pricing information and terms of sales
- Closely monitor and watch Project sales officers while with campaign officers at any event. Assign tasks through project sales officers/ Campaign officers and get feedback reports in a defined manner
