Artificial Intelligence Engineer - NLP/Machine Learning (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using various techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Develop and implement AI solutions for specific business problems, such as document extraction and processing.

- Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies, with a focus on Responsible AI principles.

- Develop and implement AI models that are fair, transparent, and accountable.

- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models in production environments.

- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, efficiency, and fairness.

- Monitor model performance and conduct regular model retraining and updates.

- Prepare, clean, and transform data for AI/ML model training and evaluation.

- Develop data pipelines and data processing workflows.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Work effectively within Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

Education : Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Java.

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g , supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), NLP techniques (e.g , text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition), and deep learning frameworks (e.g , TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure is a must.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with Generative AI models and their applications.
