System Soft Technologies - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams to understand business requirements and objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements using various techniques (e., interviews, workshops, document analysis).

- Model and document existing business processes using industry-standard methodologies (e. , BPMN).

- Develop and evaluate potential solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.

- Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization techniques.

- Experience with agile methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Healthcare Domain Experience: Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred
