Role & responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.

Apply security patches and software updates as per company policies.

Perform basic server administration tasks, including user account management and backup operations.

Collaborate with Level 2/3 engineers to resolve complex server issues.

Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Work on IT service tickets related to server issues and escalate when necessary.

Support virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud-based servers.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
