Job Role : Windows and VMware Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Windows and VMware Lead to manage and lead a technical team of engineers. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Windows Server environments, VMware technologies, hardware platforms like HP, Dell, Cisco, and VxRail, as well as advanced skills in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and DFS. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring infrastructure stability, and driving team performance while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• Technical Skills:
o Advanced knowledge of Windows Server platforms (2021/ 2019/2016).
o Strong expertise in VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, VCF).
o Hands-on experience with DFS setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
o In-depth understanding of server hardware platforms, including HP, Dell, Cisco UCS, and VxRail.

• Team Management:
o Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
o Ability to guide and mentor engineers, resolving complex technical issues effectively.

• Other Skills:
o Familiarity with storage and networking concepts in enterprise environments.
o Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
