SysTechCorp - Lead ServiceNow Developer (6-10 yrs)

Position : Lead Service Now Developer.

Experience : 6+ years.

Location : Pan India.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Shift : General.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Service Portals, workflows, and automation.

- Develop and customize Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and REST API Integrations.

- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, ensuring all solutions are fully integrated and functional.

- Oversee and ensure the adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices.

- Collaborate with Platform Architects and stakeholders to ensure the technical design aligns with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.

- Manage ServiceNow updates, releases, and ensure seamless deployment of new features or patches.

- Provide leadership in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to ServiceNow applications.

- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

- Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and tools to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

- ServiceNow Administrator Certification and ServiceNow Developer Certification (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and customization.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using SOAP, REST, and Web Services.

- Experience in implementing ServiceNow Service Portals, CMDB, and Discovery.

- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

- Experience with third-party integrations and orchestration in ServiceNow.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
