Digital Marketing Executive

SYSMIC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for generating international leads, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record in digital marketing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation
• Plan and execute strategies to generate high-quality international leads.
• Optimize campaigns for lead conversion across various platforms.
2. Campaign Management
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and campaigns on other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
3. SEO & SEM
• Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website traffic.
• Manage SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI.
4. Content & Social Media Marketing
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a social media calendar with relevant posts and updates.
5. Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
• Expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of international lead-generation strategies.
• Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
