Description : We are seeking a creative and skilled Website Designer with expertise in WordPress, HTML, and PHP development as well as graphic design. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transform ideas into visually stunning and fully functional websites while also creating impactful graphics, including logos, brochures, and social media posts.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress , HTML , and PHP .
- Create and customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Build websites that align with modern web standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and design logos, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Design and execute engaging social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Translate creative concepts and client ideas into functional, visually appealing websites.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
- Maintain and update existing websites to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web and graphic design, development tools, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress , HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and PHP .
- Strong knowledge of website development, including backend and frontend programming.
- Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva .
- Ability to design creative and professional logos, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Experience in designing and managing social media posts and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles to deliver intuitive and user-friendly websites.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Addded advantage if you have
Addded advantage if you have:
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus .
- Experience with SEO optimization and website performance enhancement.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics is advantageous.
