Role & responsibilities

• 1. Analysis of samples of FG/SFG from P&F & Production and reporting to H.O.D. 2. Verification of COA and keeping record of the analysis. 3. Co-ordinate with P& F in getting samples & reporting the result. 4. Physical evaluation(Sensory) of all products as per quality requirements. 5. Result entry in 03,04 & 12 inspection point & user decision given in the 04 inspection in the absence of HOD. 6. Transfer posting material from QC stock to unrestricted stock . 7.Storage of final product samples with proper labeling & keeping the register for future reference. 8. Analysis and reporting of customer complaint samples. 9. Associate with the implementation of the quality system . 10. Calibration of measuring and testing equipments 11.Creating indent of chemicals and glassware / monitoring the stocks of chemicals/glassware's. 12. Supporting in customer audit/ ISO audit , food safety audits & implementation. 13. Customer return and recurring analysis materials - sample collection, analysis, reporting 14. Supporting for implementing Statistical process control in all process area. 15. Responsible for reducing analytical cost.
• 16.Analysis of raw material samples and lots. 17. Providing training of lab personnel related to analytical and instruments. 18.Maintaining TPM (3S)system in the related area. 19. Perform interunit microbiological analysis of samples /swabs from all units.

Preferred candidate profile

M.Sc industrial / General chemist with Pharmacy/Food industrial exposer
