A highly skilled R&D Engineering, Staff Engineer ready to join our Zebu R&D team in Noida. With over five years of solid programming experience in C/C++, you excel in designing, coding, debugging, and developing scalable software products. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with global cross-functional teams, and are committed to delivering high-quality, efficient implementations.

What you'll Be Doing:

• Leading and delivering multi-project functionality in each product release.
• Driving initiatives and being recognized as a leader within the group.
• Implementing high-quality software for functional areas.
• Developing project schedules and executing them without direction.
• Identifying problems, solutions, and resources needed to meet objectives.
• Running effective meetings and overcoming obstacles.

• Enhancing the performance and capacity of our emulation platform, Zebu.
• Leading high-impact projects that drive technological innovations.
• Improving software development processes.
• Developing future customer requirements and needs.
• Acting as a customer advocate ensuring user impact.
• Building strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of programming experience in C/C++.
• Excellent design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with C++14 & above, Qt GUI framework, TCL, and Python.
• Experience with software testing, debugging tools, and configuration management tools.
