You Are: You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining and improving cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
You have at least 2 years of experience in software engineering, operations engineering, or a similar discipline.
Your solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, combined with your experience in infrastructure as code tools like Kustomize, Kubespray, Terraform, and Ansible, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
You are proficient in using GitOps tools such as Flux or ArgoCD, and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Your hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, Perl, or Java enables you to build scalable infrastructure.
You are a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with cross-functional teams.
Additionally, your familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and experience with public cloud providers are significant advantages.
What Youll Be Doing: Design, deploy, and maintain public cloud and private infrastructure to support Synopsys SaaS offerings.
Automate technical operations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Set up monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to detect and fix any potential issues.
Troubleshoot cloud/on-premise infrastructure, systems, network, and application stacks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure.
Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to enhance performance and scalability.

What Youll Need: BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, operations engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Kustomize, Kubespray, Terraform, Ansible).
Proficiency in GitOps tools (Flux or ArgoCD) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Python, Go, Perl, Java).
Experience building scalable infrastructure in a public cloud provider is a distinct advantage.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is an advantage.
