Overall knowledge of Fixed assets, Intercompany, Balance sheet reconciliation and Month end activities in SAP.
Responsible for creating and communicating key financial and business analysis/support to management on ATR process. Requires technical accounting knowledge on A2R Process
To ensure various transactions in A2R- Asset Capitalization / Depreciation / Disposals / Journal preparation and posting / Reconciliations / Asset Management/GRIR/GIT/ICM reconcilation/Sales and Inventory reporting etc., are processed accurately and within agreed lead times to meet MEC close timelines and accounting as per IFRS
Act as a primary point of contact these activities/queries and audit questions.
Accountabilities:
Execute Syngenta s A2R processes to ensure service to stakeholders
Deliver finance operations activities in line with Syngenta Process document (SPD), , other applicable corporate policies and procedures.
Act as a Subject matter expert and point of contact for a given geographical area for A2R Core processes.
Support and drive continuous improvements in the process, in line with the digital strategy.
Provides immediate supervision to team for operational & technical support.
Sets and delegates day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives
Ensure compliance with departmental Syngenta policies, procedures, and defined internal controls
Ensures accountability and stewardship of resources in compliance with Syngenta standards and procedures
Ensure to meet the KPI s for the process.
Support the Leadership by working directly with the stakeholders to identify corrective actions for the areas of improvement
Ensure no observation of internal and external audit .
Should be able to implement and follow a strong Governance model around the process to deliver tasks in a controlled environment

Bachelor/Master/MBA in Economics/Finance/Accounting
Proven experience of ATR processes and technical SAP knowledge with strong knowledge of IFRS 16
5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi
