We offer Solutions, Products and Services related to Air Engineering like HVAC, Air Decontamination, Air Humidification etc.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman with at least 2 years of experience in industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed HVAC drawings and designs, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring project requirements are met.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: INR 20,000 to 40,000

Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting and Designing :
   • Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, system schematics, ductwork designs, and equipment placement drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software.
   • Create accurate and precise drawings based on project specifications and industrial standards.
2. Collaboration :
   • Work closely with HVAC engineers and project managers to ensure designs align with technical requirements and project objectives.
   • Coordinate with other departments and vendors to integrate HVAC systems into overall project designs.
3. Technical Documentation :
   • Maintain and update project documentation, including design revisions, material lists, and specifications.
   • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
4. Quality Assurance :
   • Review and verify designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
   • Resolve technical issues related to HVAC design and modifications promptly.
5. Project Support :
   • Assist in site visits to understand project requirements and gather necessary data for designs.
   • Provide technical support to the installation and commissioning teams as needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background :
  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification in HVAC design/drafting.
• Experience :
  • Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on industrial projects.
  • Hands-on experience in drafting for ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.
• Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and design principles.
  • Familiarity with industrial project requirements and standards.
• Soft Skills :
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
