Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs employee strength of 120 employees they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart other leading online offline platforms.

Job Title Marketing Automation Specialist

Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd 4th Saturdays off)

Location Ahmedabad

Experience: - Minimum 4 years

Qualification - Any graduate, MBA

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation Campaigns:

• Plan, design, and execute marketing automation programs across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other digital touchpoints.
• Manage end-to-end customer journey design for website and app, ensuring seamless and personalized interactions.

Data-Driven Strategy:

• Analyze customer data to identify behavior patterns and map personalized journey triggers across lifecycle stages to improve engagement, retention and customer LTV.
• Leverage segmentation and customer personas to drive targeted communication strategies.
• Conduct campaign performance analysis and A/B testing to optimize engagement, retention, and ROI.

Technology Mastery:

• Develop, manage, and optimize workflows within marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage (experience in at least one or similar is a must).
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation and analytics.

Compliance Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with local data protection laws where the company operates.
• Monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Specifications

• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage (experience in any one or other similar tool is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and campaign management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email and template edits.
