Senior Test Automation Engineer - Playwright Testing (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Test Automation & Framework Development :

- Design and develop automated test suites using Playwright and other test automation frameworks (.
NET frameworks a plus).

- Implement test cases covering various functionalities and user scenarios.

- Develop and maintain a robust and scalable test automation framework for efficient test execution.

- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.

Test Management & Execution :

- Create and maintain test plans and test cases using industry-standard methodologies.

- Execute automated and manual test cases to identify and report software defects.

- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and track bug resolution.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability of software.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.

- In-depth knowledge of .NET frameworks and Playwright for automated testing.

- Experience with other test automation tools (NUnit, Cucumber) is a plus.

- Experience with test management tools and methodologies (e.g, TestRail, Jira) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Certifications in software testing or test automation (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
