The Category Manager role exists in order to meet Synergy's Category Management needs in each category, by planning category management requirements and negotiation, in adherence to category strategy and budget.
Eligibility criteria:
Bachelors in Engg, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist annual procurement strategy
Source for potential suppliers
Drive continuous improvement within the department
Day-to-day operations
Manage costs
Develop human capital
Drive the identification and addressing of gaps in competencies through observation of day-to-day operations and provide feedback to junior team members and their direct reports for improvement.
