Head - Sales & Marketing - Wires & Cables Business (8-15 yrs)

- Developing dealer/distributor market.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

- Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project enquiry.

- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

- Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration.

- Conduct seminars/contractor/wireman meets.

- Monitor industry best practices.

- Proven experience in wires/cables.

- Relevant product and industry knowledge.

- Strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem solving.

- Monitoring the preparation of the company credentials like arrangement of performance certificates, regular updating of various lists etc.

- Business Development handling with the Govt., Semi Govt. Dept.

- To develop new customer to boost the sales.

- Following up with existing customers all over India and to develop new customers to boost sales.

- To develop Projects for industry.

- Sound exposure in market forecasting & formulating strategies in order to exploit business opportunities.
