Job Title: Sales and Marketing Head
Location: Delhi
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing teams in the furniture and Hardware industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Create annual sales plans, marketing plans, and budgets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Product Development and Management:
- Oversee product development to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop new products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
- Develop promotional materials and advertising strategies.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Sales Operations and Performance:
- Set sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Client Relationship Management:

Brand Management and Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Protect and enhance the companys reputation in the market.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement policies and procedures to safeguard the companys interests.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Communicate sales and marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales and marketing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 14 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
