Manager/Senior Manager - Tax (8-14 yrs)

Job Summary :

This position will perform tax, audit, Transfer pricing, and General accounting roles in Gurugram ensure that all tax returns & audits are completed accurately and in a timely manner, and will provide support and guidance to the Finance team regarding tax matters.

Key Responsibilities :

- Tax Compliance & Audit: Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns and audits as per regulatory requirements.

- Transfer Pricing: Manage and oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

- General Accounting: Handle accounting operations in alignment with IGAAP & UGAAP standards.

- Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Stay updated on Company Law, Taxation, and other regulatory frameworks.

- Liaison & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants to resolve tax and compliance matters.

- Financial Advisory: Provide tax-related insights and guidance to support business decisions.

- Shared Services Collaboration: Work closely with a Global Business Shared Services Center (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: CA/CPA/ICWA or equivalent finance qualification.

- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in tax audits, general accounting, IGAAP, and UGAAP.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Company Law, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Transfer Pricing.

- Soft Skills: Excellent liaison and stakeholder management skills (preferred).

- Industry Exposure: Experience working in a multinational environment or a Shared Services Center (preferred).
