Job Description
- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Proven experience with experience in Oracle Banking Trade Finance Products such as OBTF, OBTFPM, and OBDX applications.
- Working experience in implementing Trade Finance Systems for medium to large scale Banking institutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Banking Trade Finance products, including OBTF, OBTFPM, and OBDX applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Java EE, Enterprise Beans, Servlets, Java Server Pages, JDBC, XML, Java Server Faces, RESTful web services.
- Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle 19c database (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions)
- Familiarity with software development tools, such as Eclipse, Git, and JIRA.
- Experience in Web Technologies JS, CSS
- In-depth understanding of trade finance products and processes, including letters of credit, guarantees, collections, and more.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trade finance.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, peer developers, and testers.
- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
