Job Description



Software Requirements:
  • Knowledge of various software development platforms and technologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Understanding of database technologies, including MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.


    • Overall Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support for various software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and platforms to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for software development projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all software development projects comply with industry standards and best practices, maintaining high quality throughout the development process.


    • Technical Skills:


  • Software Development Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of various software development platforms and technologies.


  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).


  • Database Technologies: Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.


  • Technical Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement effective technical strategies for projects.


    • Experience:
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software development and technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software development projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.


    • Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and platforms to enhance project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for software development projects.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot any challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.


    • Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.


    • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and platforms, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex challenges.
