Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruitment Delivery Lead/Manager to oversee and drive the recruitment delivery process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, including team management, and a strong understanding of IT hiring trends and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment delivery team to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment processes.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Stay updated with market trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• At least 3+ years of experience leading a recruitment team.
• Proven track record in meeting hiring targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
