Recruitment Manager

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organizations goals and workforce planning needs.
• Analyze market trends and talent landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges in sourcing top corporate talent.

Talent Acquisition Execution:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, partnerships, and proactive outreach.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Partner with senior leaders and department Managers to understand TA needs and develop role-specific recruitment plans.
• Provide guidance and training to TA Managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.

Process Optimization and Compliance:

• Evaluate and improve recruitment workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies throughout the TA process.

Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have at least 5 years of strong and hands on exposure to sourcing on multiple job platforms.

Should have worked on closing at least 6 to 8 positions in a month, personally.

Strong bias for action and closure.

Should have managed a small team of 2-3 people.
