Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Generation & Sales:

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

✔ Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Maintain positive relationships with customers by following up on inquiries and feedback.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.

✔ Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and sales conversions.

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
• Basic computer skills (CRM software, MS Office, etc.).
