Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and enhance customer experience by providing excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Engagement & Support:

• Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

✅ Sales & Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products/services.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements.

✅ Follow-ups & Feedback:

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements in services.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records.

✅ Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and concerns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
✔️ Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
