Telemarketing Sales Executive - Tele Fundraiser

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to donors, supporters, and prospects to motivate them to donate.
• Conduct donor research to identify potential supporters and tailor calls accordingly.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly fundraising targets.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, calls, and donations in the database.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement effective calling strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on NGO programs, services, and events to effectively communicate with donors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive donor experience.
