What we are looking for? Role Designation What is the work?

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that meet client requirements.
Analyze business needs and requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
Create efficient, scalable, and flexible data models using Power BI. Understand and apply DAX formulas, Power Query transformations, and Power BI Service features.
Provide insightful, user-friendly, and visually appealing reports and dashboards that help clients make data-driven decisions.
Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel files, etc.) into Power BI.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into BI solutions.
Offer training sessions and documentation to clients and internal teams on how to use Power BI effectively.
Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring fast loading and smooth user experience.
Implement role-level security and other security measures within Power BI to ensure data privacy and security.
Keep up with the latest updates and trends in Power BI, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

3+ years of experience working with Power BI in a consulting, development, or business analysis role.
Advanced skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and report visualization.
Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and practices, including normalization, star schema, and data warehousing.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and integrating data from various sources.
Knowledge of business intelligence concepts, including KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards.
Strong analytical skills to understand data requirements, business logic, and deliver insightful solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities when working with complex data sets and reports.
