Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis & Modeling : Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop data models to convert raw data into meaningful insights.
- Dashboard Development : Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- DAX & SQL Proficiency : Utilize Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to create complex calculations and measures, and perform SQL querying for data manipulation and extraction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
- Performance Monitoring : Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them consistently to provide insights into business performance.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports and dashboards. Provide training and support to end-users on best practices for using Power BI.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends, implementing best practices to enhance reporting processes.

Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization concepts, and database management.
- Proficiency in DAX for creating calculations and measures.
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft BI Stack tools such as SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and Azure services is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
