Who are we looking for? What is the work?

Design and refine user interfaces for websites and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, high-quality designs.
Create responsive designs that perform beautifully across devices and platforms.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style, including typography, color palettes, icons, and graphics for digital platforms.
Design visually compelling landing pages, dashboards, and interactive elements that enhance user engagement.
Produce pixel-perfect assets and specifications for development teams.
Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and align designs with business objectives.
Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Partner with marketing and branding teams to ensure cohesive branding across all digital platforms.
Advocate for design best practices, staying updated with trends and innovations in web and app design.
Identify opportunities to streamline the design-to-development workflow and improve efficiency.
Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all designs.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional development by providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the design team.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Minimum [X] years of experience in designing for websites and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and app designs.
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and design systems.
Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with developers.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes (coding knowledge is a plus).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices in web and app design.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus: Experience with motion design, animations, or interactive prototyping tools.
