Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing meetings of statutory bodies (e.g., Managing Committee, General Body), including preparing meeting documentation and minutes.
• Support compliance with trust and society-related regulations, liaising with the Charity Commissioners office and Registrar of Universities.
• Handle correspondence related to student grievances.
• Maintain records and documentation for the Registrars office.
• Draft various documents, including letters, notifications, reports, proposals, and records.
• Prepare documentation and make necessary arrangements for inspections or visits by statutory/regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and implementation of required activities.
• Assist in compiling and preparing the Annual Report, gathering necessary details from constituent bodies.
